The following songs are currently scheduled to be available exclusively via productionmusic.net (which has been purchased by King’s Crown Productions), later this year:

While the site is still in development, we are handling licenses request manually as they are made. For more info and to license one of these songs please go to our licensing page.

Yes — in most cases any of the songs we own and/or control can be exclusively licensed through us directly, however terms and conditions will vary from song to song as in most cases pre-existing agreements already exist.

If a song is located on AudioJungle for example, the song would need to be removed from the library first before any other deal can be made, and that would be taken into account when determining the fee as the song is already generating regular revenue.

In other cases, a song may already be exclusively licensed in a certain territory, but not all territories. As you can see, there are many different scenarios that could potentially exists.

The process of obtaining an exclusive Synchronization & Master Use Licenses starts simply by contacting us. Once we know more about your project and how you are looking to use a song, a unique draft license agreement will be created for you.

The cost of license will be determined by the following factors:

1. Usage ( Broadcasting or broadcast advertising?)
2. Medium (Cinema, TV, Radio etc.)
3. Duration (We license in annual increments)
4. Territory (Local/Regional/National/International/Online)
5. Distribution (Will the song be within a product that is sold?)
6. Popularity of desired song

Once a license agreement is executed, payment can be made either trough this site with PayPal, or offline via bank wire transfer.

No, we do not sell any copyrights. We only license music which is in essence, “renting” rights.
